SITEPULSE PRO – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Software: SitePulse Pro WordPress Plugin

This is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and Nilbug LLC. By installing or using SitePulse, you agree to these terms.

  1. OWNERSHIP
    SitePulse is licensed, not sold. Nilbug LLC owns all rights, titles, and interests in the software, including all intellectual property rights.
  2. GRANT OF LICENSE
    Nilbug LLC grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use this plugin on the number of websites allowed by your purchased plan.
  3. RESTRICTIONS
    You are strictly prohibited from doing the following:
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the plugin code.
  • Posting the plugin on “nulled” websites or public forums.
  • Removing any copyright notices or branding from the files.
  • Reverse engineering the code to copy its logic for other products.
  1. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
    Updates and technical support are only provided to users with a valid and active license key. If your license expires, you lose access to updates and support.
  2. TERMINATION
    Nilbug LLC may terminate this license if you fail to follow these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    The software is provided “as is.” Nilbug LLC is not responsible for any damage to your website, data loss, or loss of profits caused by the use of this plugin.
