We may offer free trials for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SitePulse and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York for the resolution of any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
